We are SO excited to meet you!

All of our MTHD X classes are beginner-friendly because we give multiple options throughout class, so the workout meets you where you are every time.

So, find a class time that works for you and book your spot!

A few things to know about our studio:

  • We follow a muscle focus calendar so each day we target a different upper and lower body split. You can see our calendar on the schedule page and on our Instagram.

  • The door locks at 5 minutes past start time and cannot allow late entry for safety and to respect others getting their workout in.

  • We are located next door to Bluebird + Co, sharing the building with Crozet Insurance.

Your First Class

  1. Please arrive 10 minutes before class so that you have time to get settled, meet your coach, and get a tour of our Xformer machine!

  2. Wear comfortable workout attire that allows you to move freely and bring water. Grip socks are required. If you don’t have them, we sell them in the studio.

  3. Introduce yourself to your coach and let them know if you have any injuries or preexisting conditions (pregnancy, too!) so they can support you well throughout class.

After Your First Class

  1. Expect some soreness - you worked muscles that you may not usually tackle!

  2. Stretch: we do a few stretches after class, but take your time to get a few more minutes of stretching before bed.

  3. Drink some water and eat some protein and carbs.

  4. Grab 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $70 and keep up the momentum.
